Reset PowerSchool Password

If your child does not know their PowerSchool Password, they must reset it.

Parent passwords are still reset through Mrs. Garagan at the front office.

**Do not change this in the PowerSchool app, please use the website address**

The steps are below:

  1.    Go to St. John Paul II Website
  2.    Click on Useful Links in the top right-hand corner
  3.    Click on the PowerSchool Portal
  4.    Type in your PowerSchool Student Portal Username (If you do not know this, please check Reports on PowerSchool for Student Login Information 2024-2025)
  5.    Click on “Forgot Username or Password?”
  6.    Enter your PowerSchool Username again
  7.    Enter your School Email (for example 1234567@isidore.redeemer.ab.ca)(If you do not know this, please check Reports on PowerSchool for Student Login Information 2024-2025)
  8.    Click Enter
  9.    You will receive an email in your School Google Account to reset your password
  10.    Got to Google Chrome, Log in using your School Email and Password
  11.    Click on the square of dots in the top right corner and choose the Gmail icon
  12.    View the email that PowerSchool sent to you
  13.    Click on the link provided to reset password
  14.    It will take you to PowerSchool login screen, enter Username
  15.    Enter your new password (It must be 8 characters long) and enter again to confirm
  16.    Click Enter

    Our School Code for PowerSchool app is XPZZ.

    Please remember your new password.

    You will be able to go into PowerSchool to view your schedule and your marks.
